I greatly enjoyed my stay at this lovely hotel. Bright and big size rooms. Stunning location next to the city center. The subway and shops, cafés, and eateries were a minute walk from the venue.

It was a modern and ideal hotel in a good area. Got the same capsule with hairdryers booked online, loved that. A hairdryer, bath sheets, and slippers were available there. Can recommend this place and would stay here again.

It has very very nice staff and clean facilities. The hotel has a great and amazing location near Shin-Osaka train station. There's Mcdonald's Shinosaka offering takeout around 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

The lack of soundproofing in the capsules. While the guests were generally considerate and quiet, I could still hear noise from outside when people walked by.
